Mason Manor in Green Bay

Located at 1424 Admiral Court on Green Bay’s west side, Mason Manor is an eight-story, 152-unit affordable housing community serving seniors and adults with disabilities, owned and operated by the Green Bay Housing Authority. Built in 1972 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building underwent a $53 million renovation by Gorman & Company, completed in November 2025.

WG&R Furniture in Appleton

This 94,656-square-foot commercial retail furniture showroom in Appleton, Wisconsin was completed in October 2018 on a site that previously housed a 240,000-square-foot envelope factory. One of the largest commercial retail spaces in the Fox Valley, the single-story building features expansive multi-room furniture display floors and abundant natural lighting throughout.

Hotel Retlaw in Fond du Lac

Originally opened in 1923 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the 129,047-square-foot Hotel Retlaw in downtown Fond du Lac underwent a meticulous commercial renovation completed in July 2019. The historic nine-story property now offers 121 guestrooms and suites, with the original ballroom chandelier, ornate geometric tile floors, and restored elevator doors preserved as hallmarks of this landmark Wisconsin hospitality venue.
